As an adult education scientist, Pinja is particularly passionate about competence development and the development of company culture. While working on the above she wants to ensure they align with both the characteristics of the personnel and the strategic goals of the company. She doesn't lack creativity and is constantly looking for ways to develop the ways of working as situations change. As a colleague, Pinja is always ready to help, support, as well as celebrate everyone’s both big and small achievements.

Her creativity also extends to her free time, which she dedicates to making music. Currently, she is working on her own artist project, which she might also publish soon.
