She is particularly passionate about leveraging data to create a better world, whether that involves improving the lives of customers and employees, producing better products and services, streamlining operations, reducing waste, or predicting and preventing problems. She says that it's especially rewarding when these moments of insight highlight how such initiatives not only create a better world but also improves business.

In her free time, Eeva enjoys being in nature, whether it's running, hiking, canoeing, sailing, or skiing. Although in all honesty, her current main leisure activity is going to the playground, and occasionally fitting in a workout class at a nearby gym if she's lucky.
