An outgoing problem-solver who can with her organized mindset solve any situation. Erica loves to take care of and motivate people around her.
Erica is currently studying marketing at Svenska Handelshögskolan and has a burning desire to learn something new. Erica started at Advian in an HR position, but over time moved into the marketing team. She is currently in charge of the operational side of marketing and is looking forward to being involved in all marketing related projects. Erica also wants to be involved in making Advian the best place to work by helping and supporting her teammates. Systematicity and passion are the cornerstones of Erica's way of working.
Outside of work and study, Erica is a passionate traveler and an amateur surfer. She has also been a successful international group gymnast.
